Time management and organizational skills We are ALKOGROUP, a pharmaceutical company, currently seeking a professional to serve as DISTRIBUTION AND TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANT – 1era de Pro Comas. REQUIREMENTS: University graduate or technical degree in Logistics Management, Administration, Transportation, Distribution, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum two (2) years of experience in transportation management within the pharmaceutical or drugstore sector. Knowledge of BPA, BPDT, and SSOMA processes. \-Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.). \-Documentation related to cargo transportation. \-Basic automotive mechanics. \-GPS software (My Maps, Geodir, etc.). \-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate level) and SAP system operation. \-Strong communication skills, organizational ability, time management capability, teamwork orientation, and analytical thinking. \-Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. \-Residence in areas adjacent to the district of Comas. \-Age between 25 and 38 years. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\.\- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicles and equipment. 2\. Daily tracking and attendance recordkeeping for all operational staff. 3\. Deliver route sheets to staff. 4\. Daily transportation management tracking, mileage logging, maintenance records, up-to-date documentation, and other related tasks. 5\.\- Report and register daily incidents via email and internal data entry, including corresponding corrective actions. 6\. Monitor invoice payments with the Accounts Payable department. 7\. Coordinate and supervise fleet maintenance with service providers. 8\. Obtain quotations for required services and identify suppliers to meet each unit’s needs. 9\. Verify current regulations related to cargo transportation. 10\. Handle procedures with public entities such as SUNARP, SUPERPAC, notaries, and others. 11\. Request and coordinate procurement of gas cylinders for the warehouse forklift, according to storage requirements. 12\. Maintain constant coordination with the scheduling supervisor to assign vehicles to workshops. 13\.\- Obtain and compare quotations for spare parts and auto components for transport units, submitting information to the relevant department. 14\. Route planning and daily tracking of drivers. 15\.\- Manage spare parts inventory and all logistics related to fleet repairs. 16\. Continuously improve departmental procedures. 17\.\- Other duties inherent to the position.
