Job Summary: We are seeking a Tool Assistant to manage inventory, maintenance, and equipment control in the mechanical ventilation sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of workshop tools and equipment 2. Maintenance and quality control for proper operation 3. Inventory management and preparation of tool kits A specialized company in mechanical ventilation and environmental control is looking for a **TOOL ASSISTANT** for its Surco office. **Requirements:** * Technician graduate in Mechanics or Electricity or related fields (incomplete studies accepted). * 3–6 months of experience conducting workshop tool inventories. * Availability to work in Surco (near Ricardo Palma University) and travel to various districts of Lima, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. **Responsibilities:** * Perform maintenance and quality control to ensure proper operation. * Receive, identify, and properly store tools and equipment. * Issue and receive tools to technical staff via forms or control systems. * Verify the condition and functionality of tools before and after each service. * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital warehouse inventory. * Record tool receipts, issuances, loans, and returns. * Report damaged, lost, or maintenance- or calibration-required tools. * Coordinate equipment dispatch for preventive, corrective maintenance, or calibration. * Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and labeled according to the 5S methodology. * Prepare tool kits per Work Order (OTI) requirements. * Assist in receiving materials and equipment purchased by the company. * Conduct cyclic and general inventories. * Identify tool and consumable replenishment needs. * Comply with Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) regulations.
