Position Summary: Coordinate, verify, and control the efficient use of equipment and machinery on site, ensuring their operability and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage logistics and maintenance of equipment and machinery on construction sites. 2. Support operator assignment and supervise machinery safety. 3. Prepare performance reports and control operational costs of equipment. Grupo SANNY, a leading company in the construction sector in the central region of the country, is seeking a **PRODUCTION ASSISTANT – Equipment and Machinery**. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Professional**: Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * **General experience**: 1 year. * **Residence**: Must reside in Huancayo. * **Specific experience**: Minimum 6 months in construction production for projects involving roads, sidewalks, and/or irrigation systems (public works). **Knowledge**: * · **Reading** and interpretation of technical files: drawings, technical specifications, quantity take-offs, budget, and schedule. * **Recording and control** of progress: production measurement by item. * **Proficiency in**: Lean Construction, MS Project, S10, Delphin Express, AutoCAD, Intermediate Microsoft Excel. RESPONSIBILITIES: * **Coordinate** equipment and machinery scheduling and availability according to the production plan and work fronts. * **Verify** the operational status of equipment and machinery before deployment and during on-site usage, reporting failures or maintenance requirements. * **Control** the efficient field use of machinery and equipment, ensuring correct operation and minimizing downtime. * **Coordinate** with the maintenance department to execute preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. * **Record and update** daily equipment and machinery logs (hour meter readings, fuel consumption, hours worked, availability, and stoppages). * **Support** operator and equipment assignment according to production needs per work front. * **Supervise** compliance with safety regulations during machinery operation and proper equipment usage. * **Manage** logistics related to equipment and machinery, including mobilization, demobilization, and fuel supply. * **Prepare** daily or weekly reports on equipment and machinery performance, availability, and utilization on site. * **Support** control of operational costs associated with equipment and machinery usage, reporting deviations or incidents.
