Handling owner requests and complaints **Inspection Assistant** **Job Description** Contribute to achieving the objectives of the Integrated Management System and ensure compliance with the service scope established by the client. Provide support in inspections, unit handover, inventory control, and handling of owner requests and complaints. **Job Functions** * Participate in quality inspections of real estate properties, supporting the responsible team. * Collaborate with the construction team in receiving real estate units. * Assist in coordinating and managing the handover of real estate units to owners. * Support inventory control of after-sales materials, keys, handover documents, and owner manuals. * Collaborate in handling requests and complaints, including site visit forms, coordination with technical staff, and documentation of observations. * Support preparation and presentation of executive reports on delivery and service statistics. * Provide direct coordination support with owners. **Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Anti-Bribery** * Comply with and enforce provisions of the Integrated Management System. * Comply with the Integrated Policy, objectives, and policies against violence and discrimination. * Report acts of violence or discrimination via the designated institutional email. * Report customer complaints or grievances. * Assume responsibility for aspects of the OHSMS under one's control. * Report incidents or accidents according to the current reporting procedure. * Report bribery attempts, suspicions, or occurrences through the appropriate reporting channels. * Comply with Anti-Bribery Management System requirements in one's area. * Actively participate in the organization's environmental contribution initiatives. **Required ProfileAcademic Qualifications** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related fields. * Required academic level: * Final cycles / Graduate (✔) * Bachelor's degree (✔) **Knowledge** * Proficiency in software and utilities in a Windows environment (Office). * Practical knowledge of the National Building Regulations. * Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. * General induction to the Integrated Management System (IMS). **Skills** * Oral and written communication. * Appropriate interpersonal relationships. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. * Responsibility. **Experience** * Minimum **3 months** of experience in after-sales or finishing supervision-related work.
