




Job Summary: Accounting or related professional to lead payroll calculation and verification, social benefits, tax management, and labor process administration, ensuring legal compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead calculation and verification of biweekly and monthly payroll for 200 people 2. Manage social benefits, taxes, T-Registration, and corporate insurance 3. Ensure compliance with Peruvian labor legislation and manage employee terminations **Responsibilities:** * Lead calculation and verification of biweekly and monthly payroll for all staff (blue-collar and administrative), approximately 200 people. * Execute calculation of social benefits: Bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), Vacation Pay, and Profits Sharing. * Manage calculation of Fifth Category Income Tax, EPS (Health Insurance), and SENATI contributions. * File monthly tax declarations (PLAME) and pension contributions (AFP Net). * Manage registrations, cancellations, and modifications in the T\-Registration (Beneficiaries). * Ensure compliance with current labor legislation across all processes. * Daily attendance registration, validation of time clock records, and resolution of inconsistencies (ENTIRE ATTENDANCE PROCESS TO BE PERFORMED IN EXCEL) * Manage opening of salary accounts and CTS accounts, insurance enrollments, and AFP affiliations. * Manage corporate insurance: SCTR (inclusion and renewals), Life Insurance mandated by law, Essalud, and Intern Insurance. * Coordinate termination processes: preparation of settlement statements, termination letters, and exit procedures. * Maintain updated payroll slips and personnel files. * **Perform attendance and payroll processes in Excel** * Other duties related to the position. **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience executing payroll processes in industrial companies. * Excel: Intermediate level (Mandatory). * Experience with payroll systems (STARSOFT system preferred). * Familiarity with Viva Essalud, SIVICE, Vida Ley (MTPE Registration), Telecredito, and BBVA Cast Net platforms. * Solid knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Availability to work in Ate. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits from day one (General Regime). * Positive work environment. * Job stability. * Career development path.
