We are seeking an organized and analytical Payroll Assistant to support payroll preparation and control, compensation management, and personnel administration.

*Mass consumption sector company is seeking a* ***Payroll Assistant*** *to join our Human Resources team.*
*We seek an organized, responsible, analytical, committed individual with attention to detail, capable of supporting payroll preparation, review, and control, as well as various processes related to compensation, social benefits, and personnel administration.*
**Requirements**
* Technical or university studies in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields, completed or in progress.
* Minimum 1 year of experience performing similar functions.
* Knowledge of payroll and social benefits processes.
* Basic knowledge of Peruvian labor regulations.
* Familiarity with AFP, ONP, and concepts related to Fifth Category Income Tax.
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
* Experience using SAP or payroll systems is desirable.
* Must reside in Puente Piedra or nearby areas.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Assist in the monthly preparation of employee payrolls and other applicable regimes.
* Record staff hires, terminations, vacations, leaves, and compensations.
* Calculate and review compensation, deductions, contributions, and social benefits.
* Calculate concepts related to Fifth Category Income Tax.
* Update monthly reports on valued staff vacation balances.
* Prepare and update payroll reports, and conduct attendance control reviews.
* Maintain updated records of staff deductions, including advances, loans, cash shortages, warning notices, and other relevant items.
* Coordinate with Human Resources and Accounting departments for monthly closings.
* Keep the staff database updated according to hires and terminations registered with SUNAT.
* Review discrepancies, inconsistencies, or potential errors in payrolls and promptly report them to the responsible person.
* Register salary payments, vacation payments, and social benefits in SAP.
* Address employee inquiries regarding their compensation and payment receipts.
* Support internal audits and documentary reviews related to payroll processes.

* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
* Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
