Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. ✅ Knowledge of attendance control, working hours, and incidents. ✅ Basic knowledge of labor legislation and contract management. ✅ Knowledge of payroll and social benefits calculation. ✅ Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. ✅ ERP and attendance system experience is desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** Control and validation of staff attendance, working hours, and incidents. Consolidation of information for payroll processing. Management and updating of contracts, personnel files, and documentation. Support in calculating and monitoring social benefits. Preparation of vacation, hours, tardiness, and absence reports. Handling inquiries regarding employment status and benefits.
