




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for office administration, document management, production coordination, and inventory control, with experience in similar roles. Key Highlights: 1. General office administration and document management 2. Production coordination and ERP system handling 3. Inventory control and supplier negotiation Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. COMPETENCIES: * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at intermediate to advanced level * Leadership ability * Supplier negotiation skills * Warehouse-related knowledge * Production control knowledge * Administrative area knowledge * Proactive individual FUNCTIONS: General office administration and document management according to operation type. * Coordination with production team members * Internal ERP system handling — production module * Responsible for preparing shipping guides, and sending/receiving documents from clients, suppliers, etc. * Inventory control Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor Monday to Saturday, 08:00 am – 17:00 pm Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400.00 \- S/.1,500.00 per month Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Compensation: S/.1,400.00 \- S/.1,600.00 per month Education: * Incomplete or ongoing technical studies (Mandatory) Experience: * Similar positions: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
