




Job Summary: Coordinate employee onboarding, manage documentation, maintain updated records, and support internal communication and logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of employee onboarding and personnel documentation. 2. Supporting internal communication and travel logistics. 3. Contributing to the management system and process improvement. **REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** Student, bachelor's degree, or technical diploma in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. **Experience:** 1 year in the role, preferably in mining or fire protection systems. **Knowledge:** Personnel selection Excel - Intermediate **Skills:** Effective communication Teamwork **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** Schedule employee onboarding according to the HR Coordinator’s request. Send the list of required onboarding documents to qualified candidates, as specified by the HR Coordinator. Verify that documents submitted by selected candidates are accurate and conform to required formats. Create a BUK user account for new hires, ensuring registered information aligns with the position and company guidelines. Forward new employees’ clothing size information to the Operations Department. Upload documents managed by the employee to the incoming staff document folder in the BUK platform and Google Drive. Update headcount and payroll records with information about new employees. Submit candidate activation requests to the Operations Department. Submit T-Registration information to the Accounting Department. Implement and schedule the new employee onboarding process per the timeline provided by the HR Coordinator. Maintain up-to-date physical and digital employee files. Collaborate with the HR Coordinator on internal communications, including birthday tracking and preparation of festive announcements and company notices. Manage and obtain quotations for air/ground transportation, accommodation, and per diems for staff traveling per Quellaveco-related requests. **RESPONSIBILITIES RELATED TO THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM** Comply with procedures outlined in the Management System applicable to this position. Support organizational objectives and goals. Propose and implement improvements that strengthen organizational processes. Participate punctually in Management System meetings and training sessions per the current schedule.
