Requirements * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration (General Regime and Civil Construction Regime). * Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation, social benefits, and fifth-category income tax. * Experience using payroll ERP systems (Ofisis or similar). * Familiarity with T\-Registro, PLAME, and AFP Net. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Immediate availability to work in Chota – Cajamarca. **Responsibilities** * Maintain up-to-date personnel information (active and separated) in the payroll ERP system. * Assist in preparing and processing payroll and social benefits settlements for office and project staff (General Regime and Civil Construction Regime). * Validate calculations for CTS, bonuses, vacations, overtime, fifth-category income tax, and retroactive payments according to the annual civil construction salary scale. * Prepare and consolidate accounting provisions (vacations, CTS, bonuses) and coordinate with the Accounting Department for journal entry and adjustment recording. * Manage billing and certificates for SCTR Health, SCTR Pension, and Life Insurance Law, as well as payment tracking and renewals. * Monitor vacation control, employment contracts, and personnel renewals. * Provide support during labor audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews. * Manage subsidy reimbursements and record medical leaves in the corresponding system. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
