Preparation of documentation and training support Join EBALS CONSULTORES—we are seeking an Occupational Safety and Health Assistant with IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY in LIMA to perform field work, possessing proven knowledge and experience in Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems. Below are the requirements: **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health * Experience implementing an Occupational Safety System from scratch within a company. * Knowledge of OSH documentation management and ISO standards (Trinorma). * Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an OSH Assistant or in similar roles. * Experience responding to Sunafil notifications and inspections. * Intermediate-level AUTOCAD proficiency and familiarity with other design software for risk mapping (VISIO, PROJECT, BIZAGI). * Immediate availability for field work to supervise assigned client sites. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare required documentation and reports supporting maintenance of standards—including forms, reports, diagrams, manuals, procedures, etc. * Manage and provide support regarding occupational safety and health management. * Maintain updated records and documentation of the IMS, ensuring proper information management and disposition. * Actively and responsibly disseminate IMS documentation—including the IMS Policy, IMS Objectives, and IMS Operational Controls—and assist in managing nonconformities identified during internal or external audits. * Manage the selection of Occupational Safety and Health Committee members per legal requirements and applicable procedures. * Prepare training materials and provide support during training sessions. * Develop IPER and IPERC matrices according to the requested profile. * Support the Occupational Safety and Health Committee; propose improvement opportunities and participate in their implementation. * Conduct inductions for the Integrated Management System. **Additional Information:** * WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:15 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. * MYPE Payroll (50% BBSS). * SALARY: S/.2,000—negotiable. * CAREER PATH. * 100% In-person work.
