Position Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Assistant to manage workplace safety and health, prepare documentation, and provide support for training and implementation of safety systems. Support for occupational safety and health training and committees **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate diploma in Occupational Safety and Health. * Proficiency and knowledge in safety management and SIG (Integrated Management System) structure. * Experience implementing a safety system from scratch within a company. * Knowledge of OSH documentation management and ISO standards (Trinorma). * Minimum work experience of 1\-2 years as an OSH Assistant or in similar roles. * Experience responding to Sunafil notifications and inspections. * Intermediate-level AUTOCAD proficiency and familiarity with other design software for risk mapping (VISIO, PROJECT, BIZAGI). * Immediate availability for fieldwork to supervise assigned client sites. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare required documentation and reports supporting standards maintenance, including forms, reports, diagrams, manuals, procedures, among others. * Manage and provide support regarding occupational safety and health management. * Maintain up-to-date records and documentation of the SIG, ensuring proper information management and disposition. * Actively and responsibly participate in disseminating SIG documentation, such as the SIG Policy, SIG Objectives, and SIG Operational Controls. Assist in managing nonconformities identified during internal or external audits. * Manage the selection of Occupational Safety and Health Committee members in accordance with applicable law and established procedures. * Develop training materials and provide support during training sessions. * Prepare IPER and IPERC matrices according to the specified profile. * Support the Occupational Safety and Health Committee. Propose improvement opportunities and participate in their implementation. * Conduct inductions for the Integrated Management System. **Additional Information:** * WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:15 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. * MYPE payroll (50% BBSS).
