Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and proactive Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Assistant to support the implementation, monitoring, and follow-up of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. At Industrial V\&G, we seek top talent for the Occupational Safety and Health Assistant position to work in the Puente Piedra district — committed and proactive individuals who can support the implementation, monitoring, and follow-up of our Occupational Safety and Health Management System. **Main Responsibilities**: * Support in identifying risks and implementing preventive control measures. * Conduct safety inspections and prepare reports. * Train and educate workers on Occupational Safety and Health topics to comply with legal requirements and Corporate OSH Office guidelines. * Coordinate training sessions and prevention campaigns. * Maintain up-to-date documentation and records for the OSH area. * Provide support on occupational health matters and regulatory compliance. * Manage and track closure activities for observations or non-conformities identified during audits. * Manage submission of compliance indicators for SIG objectives to other departments. * Identify existing hazards and assess workplace risks to ensure an effective prevention culture. * Record and report work-related accidents as well as investigation reports to implement corrective actions. **Requirements:** * Technical graduate in Industrial Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as an OSH Assistant or Auxiliary OSH Officer.
