Position Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Assistant to support the implementation, updating, and continuity of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System, performing operational, administrative, and field tasks. Proficiency in Law No. 29783 and its regulations At **MP Outsourcing Logístico**, we are looking for an **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Assistant** to join our team at our **Callao** office, located just a few blocks from the **Faucett Outlet**. The position operates on a schedule of **Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.**, under the **MYPE payroll scheme – Small Business**, with a **monthly salary ranging between S/ 1,500 and S/ 1,800**, subject to evaluation. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the **implementation, updating, and continuity of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System**, actively participating in operational, administrative, and field tasks. The role requires proficiency in **Law No. 29783 and its regulations**, as well as prior experience in equivalent positions. **Main Responsibilities** * Contribute to the execution and maintenance of the **Occupational Safety and Health Management System**. * Deliver **5-minute safety talks** and develop awareness-raising activities. * Supervise workplace practices and verify compliance with the **IPERC**. * Manage **forms, records, mandatory trainings**, and OSH indicators. * Prepare **periodic OSH reports and reports**. * Participate in **audits, harmonization processes, and scheduled visits**. * Conduct **regular visits** to various operations according to the established schedule. **Requirements** * Technical or university education (Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s degree) in **Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering**, or related fields. * Minimum **1 year of experience** in similar roles. * Essential knowledge of **Law No. 29783** and its regulations. * Familiarity with **Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems**, documentation, and fieldwork.
