Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Assistant for the Commercial Department, focused on customer service, quotation follow-up, and commercial support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in coordination, management, and commercial support 2. Post-sales follow-up and customer retention 3. Skill development in a positive work environment CLOUDTEC PERÚ, an importer of Water Pumps and Automation Systems, is looking for a Sales Assistant for our Commercial Department. * Technical or university graduate or student in Business Administration and Commercial Management, Administration, or related fields in Automation and pumps * Experience in call center sales or public-facing customer service * Strong verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities: * Quotation follow-up * Customer service and consultation in the office, by phone, and/or email * Support in coordination, management, and commercial assistance * Assistance in preparing quotations * Post-sales follow-up and customer retention.
