Focus on promoting a positive and productive workplace culture At Innovandum and Finantia—growing small enterprises—you will join a team dedicated to creating high-impact solutions: from unique and sustainable spaces to agile and accessible auto financing. Innovandum designs and develops sustainable and distinctive multifamily buildings. It has delivered 6 projects and 62 homes in Surco. Finantia Capital, our sister company, expands vehicle access through fast and inclusive processes. **Requirements** * Graduates or final-year students in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources. * Experience conducting end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (operational, mid-level, and senior profiles). * Experience in the real estate sector is a plus. * Proficiency in psychometric assessments and recruitment platforms (Pandapé, Indeed, etc.). * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and collaborative tools such as Google Drive. * Strong communication skills at all levels, proactivity, organizational ability, analytical capacity for decision-making and problem-solving. **Responsibilities**: * Execute recruitment and selection processes for operational positions, vendors, mid-level and senior management. * Support evaluation of applicants for vehicle financing credit. * Develop induction, onboarding, and follow-up processes for new talents and employees in general. * Organize and implement workplace climate activities through initiatives that promote a positive and productive workplace culture. * Support personnel administration: assist in organizing employee documentation, attendance records, medical leaves, vacations, etc. * This position will be supported by an intern. **Working Conditions:** * Employment type: Initial period under a Service Invoice (Recibo por Honorarios), with transition to formal payroll after completing the 3-month adaptation period. * Work modality: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 2 days remote—preferably Tuesdays and Thursdays). * Starting salary: From S/ 1,800, subject to evaluation based on candidate’s experience and profile. * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM.
