




Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Payroll Assistant for an industrial company, responsible for end-to-end payroll management and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the pre- and post-salary payroll processing. 2. Update and register employee information in SAP. 3. Prepare social benefits settlements and reconcile payroll accounting closures. On behalf of our client, a leading industrial company, we are looking for a Senior Payroll Assistant to join their team. **Requirements** * Technical degree and/or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Courses relevant to the position. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. **Intermediate MS Office** **Responsibilities** * Prepare and coordinate pre- and post-salary payroll processing, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal policies. * Register and update employee information in the system (SAP): cost centers, shifts, salaries, commissions, etc. * Maintain up-to-date records of employee payments, advances, loans, and withholdings. * Manage and track attendance, vacations, and loans, subject to supervisor approval. * Review and manage AFP affiliations, PLAME filings, and corresponding tax payments. * Prepare social benefits settlements and calculate CTS, bonuses, and vacation pay. * Reconcile payroll accounting closures and verify accruals. * Provide support during internal and external audits related to the payroll area. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Profit-sharing Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
