PROFILE * **Academic Qualifications:** * Degree holder, registered, and licensed in Social Work, Sociology, and/or related fields. * **Work Experience:** * General: Four (04) years preferred in companies or State entities. * Specific: Two (02) years in positions with similar characteristics and responsibilities. * **Knowledge of:** * Labor and social legislation, and regulations related to citizen participation. * Legal framework for social and environmental responsibility. * Welfare programs and Occupational Health. * Conflict negotiation. * Office software – User level. * English – Basic level (D). * Integrated Management System (D). Type of position: Full-time. Salary: S/.3,000.00 – S/.4,000.00 per month. Workplace: On-site employment.
