Job Summary: We are seeking Assistant Nurses with experience and specialization in neonatal ICU/neonatology to contribute to a more efficient healthcare system and help people lead healthier lives by providing specialized neonatal critical care and supporting breastfeeding. Participation in institutional and corporate training programs At Clínica San Felipe, we continuously seek talented professionals who contribute to our organization by helping people lead healthier lives and enabling the healthcare system to work better for everyone; therefore, we are currently looking for Assistant Nurses: REQUIREMENTS: \- Licensed and registered nurse. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in the area. \- Specialization in neonatal ICU / neonatology. \- Availability to work rotating shifts as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Report the neonate's health status and care to the attending physician, nurses, and family members. \- Support the newborn's breastfeeding process. \- Provide specialized neonatal critical care. \- Attend and complete all scheduled training programs at the clinic (institutional, corporate, etc.). \- Apply procedures learned during institutional and corporate training programs. \- Participate in code blue responses. \- Inspect equipment and crash carts.
