In line with this, our selection processes aim to guarantee equal rights and opportunities for all candidates. **RECOVERY NURSES** Organize and oversee optimal, high-quality, and safe care for immediately post-operative patients as part of daily operations, to facilitate the individual’s prompt reintegration into society and ensure quality care and patient well-being. **Requirements** * Licensed, registered, and authorized Registered Nurse * Minimum one year of desirable experience in Recovery Unit * Immediate availability **Responsibilities** * Receive and hand over shifts, performing assessments and reviewing all surgical history and events; verifying that the patient arrives with their clinical record, anesthesia sheet, operative report, and all required lab tests and medical instructions; maintaining continuous patient observation and promptly notifying the surgeon and/or anesthesiologist of any significant changes. * Perform a complete physical examination on the patient, observing and recording level of consciousness, degree of mobility, skin and mucosal characteristics, etc.; maintaining a patent airway, suctioning secretions when necessary, inspecting, installing, and/or changing intravenous lines, and evaluating the surgical site. * Monitor vital signs, initiate prescribed treatment, record fluid intake and output, perform ECGs as required, install and manage urinary and gastric catheters, and carry out any other required nursing procedures. * Coordinate laboratory sample collection, promptly reporting any abnormal results to the attending physician, anesthesiologist, or resident, and documenting findings in the nursing chart and clinical record. * Prepare nursing reports for adult and pediatric patients, communicating patient status and any special medical instructions. * Maintain stock levels of medications, controlled substances, clinical supplies, and all daily unit requirements; maintain close contact, collaboration, and communication with operating room nurses. * Attend and comply with all scheduled trainings at the clinic (institutional, corporate, etc.) and ensure adherence to current procedures. **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive remuneration * Statutory social benefits * Opportunity to join a leading company in the healthcare market * Statutory Life Insurance effective from the first day of employment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,330.00 – S/.2,060.00 per month Application Questions: * Indicate your DNI number * Indicate your WhatsApp number * Indicate your residential district * Are you licensed and currently authorized as a nurse? * How many years of experience do you have in RECOVERY?
