Job Summary: We are seeking an extremely organized, detail-oriented, and responsible Audiovisual Warehouse and Inventory Manager to handle equipment for events and ensure its proper functionality and maintenance. Collaborative work environment with continuous learning. AUDIOVISUAL WAREHOUSE AND INVENTORY MANAGER At Filomena Studio, we create brand experiences at events. We seek an extremely organized, detail-oriented, and responsible individual—preferably with proven experience. You will be responsible for equipment dispatch and receipt, as well as its maintenance. Your mission is to ensure every piece of equipment departs complete, functions correctly, and returns in perfect condition after each event. What You’ll Do: * Prepare equipment cases for dispatch to events and activations. * Verify each case departs complete using checklists. * Inspect cameras, printers, tablets, flashes, tripods, cables, and accessories before and after each event. * Record equipment movements using Asset Tiger. * Scan and update assets via QR codes. * Conduct weekly inventories and periodic audits. * Maintain a tidy, clearly labeled warehouse. * Identify missing, damaged, or maintenance-needed equipment. * Coordinate with photographers, operators, and event managers. * Assist with loading and unloading equipment. * Participate in events for renowned brands. Requirements: * Basic or intermediate knowledge of photography, video, or audiovisual equipment. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with Notion is a plus. * Desired experience in warehousing, logistics, audiovisual production, or photography. * Desired experience using inventory management systems.
