An engineering company is currently seeking an Administrative and Accounting Assistant. **Main Responsibilities:** * Recording and controlling supporting documents (invoices, professional service receipts, etc.). * Preparing payment orders (services and purchases). * Supporting invoicing and reconciliations. * Reviewing and assisting with payroll controls. * Managing and updating databases. * Filing and document control. * General administrative and accounting support. **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Organization, responsibility, confidentiality, and proactivity.
