At Elifarma, we are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Personnel Administration Assistant to join our team. **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration, Accounting, or Business Administration. * Knowledge of payroll calculation and BBSS is desirable. * Advanced Excel skills. * Minimum 6 months of experience as an Assistant or Intern performing similar duties. **Responsibilities:** * Support the preparation, documentary review, issuance, and administrative management of employment contracts, contract addenda, non-remunerative benefit agreements, loans, labor agreements, disciplinary actions, etc., including registration with relevant authorities when required. * Assist in registering employee onboarding, modifications, and terminations in the T\-Register (SUNAT), contributing to compliance with current labor regulations. * Provide daily attendance control support, recording incidents and personnel movements in the timekeeping system to facilitate generation of worked-hours reports. * Support receipt, registration, and updating of personnel information (e.g., vacations, leaves, medical absences, hires, terminations, licenses) in personnel administration systems. * Support handling personnel document requests related to employment certificates, official certifications, and basic administrative inquiries. * Provide operational support in payroll and labor benefits processing, per instructions from the Personnel Administration Assistant. * Support preparation and uploading of information for the monthly AFP NET declaration. * Support tracking and controlling signatures on pay slips, bonuses, vacation documents, and other labor-related documents. * Support administration and documentary review of labor insurance (EsSalud, SCTR Health and Pension, Life Insurance Law, or others), verifying correct inclusion and validity of employees. * Support monitoring EsSalud subsidy collection control. * Perform physical and digital archiving of departmental and labor documentation, ensuring organization, up-to-date status, and availability for internal audits or regulatory inspections. * Maintain updated personnel databases and digital personnel files, supporting generation of departmental operational reports. * Collaborate in preparing social benefit settlements, employment certificates, and other documents for terminated personnel, in accordance with applicable legal regulations. * Collaborate in preparing information required for labor, financial audits, or inspections by regulatory agencies.
