The cafeteria of **Colegio Melitón Carvajal** is looking for a responsible and organized Kitchen Assistant to support daily school cafeteria meal preparation. **Responsibilities** * Assistance in **food preparation and mise en place.** * Washing, peeling, and cutting of ingredients. * Assistance in preparing hot and cold dishes. * Maintaining **order and cleanliness** of the kitchen area. * Washing of utensils, pots, and equipment. * Compliance with **hygiene and food handling standards.** **Requirements** * **Experience in cooking and bulk food preparation** (cafeterias, restaurants, or catering). * Basic knowledge of food handling. * Punctuality, responsibility, and teamwork. **Conditions** * Payment method: **Honorarium receipts.** * Employment type: **Full-time.** * Schedule: **Monday to Friday** during school hours and **Saturdays until noon.** * On-site work. **We Offer** * Timely payment. * Lunch during working hours. * A positive work environment.
