Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation and plating at a renowned gastronomic company, maintaining hygiene and order. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the preparation of ingredients and cooking of sushi rice. 2. Support the assembly and decoration of maki rolls and preparation of fried items. 3. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the work area and utensils. The **NUOVO PROFIL** family is looking for new talent to join as a **KITCHEN ASSISTANT \- BONZAI**, for a well-known gastronomic company. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/ 1,500 monthly * Monthly payments. * Honorarium receipt (enrollment in payroll starting from the 3rd month). * Uniform provided. * Lunch or dinner provided by the company. * Choice of district for administrative processing. * Initial contract duration: 6 months. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Mise en Place: Wash, peel, cut, and portion vegetables, fish, and other fresh ingredients before service begins. * Rice Cooking: Assist in washing, cooking, and seasoning sushi rice (sushi\-meshi) to achieve the exact texture. * Assembly Support: Assist the chef in preparing and assembling maki rolls, as well as final plating and dish decoration. * Fried Item Preparation: Prepare tempura, breaded items (panko), and sauces (e.g., teriyaki or acevichada) used in maki rolls. * Hygiene and Cleaning: Keep the work area, knives, and bamboo mats (makisu) disinfected and organized to comply with regulations. * Other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proven experience as a kitchen assistant. * Valid health certificate. * Residence in areas near La Victoria / Independencia / Cercado de Lima. * Skills: teamwork, speed, responsibility, and customer orientation. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Sunday: 8 hours per day. * Fixed day off: between Monday and Thursday. **LOCATION:** * La Victoria / Independencia / Cercado de Lima **Send your updated CV!
