




Position Summary: We are seeking a Back Office professional to provide support for extrajudicial collection management, ensuring operational quality and efficiency for portfolio recovery. We are seeking a **Back Office \- San Isidro**, whose primary objective is to support extrajudicial collection management, ensuring information quality and availability, proper process functioning, and operational efficiency—thereby contributing to the achievement of recovery goals under quality and control standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Timely registration and updating of operational activities in internal systems, ensuring traceability of performed tasks. * Managing and maintaining up-to-date client information on financial sector platforms, ensuring correct data synchronization and compliance with communication standards. * Periodically monitoring and recording team activities in CRM tools, contributing to route optimization and operational efficiency. * Receiving, routing, and forwarding negotiation contacts to facilitate agreement closure and improve recovery rates. * Preparing payment proposals, discounts, and counterproposals, evaluating viable alternatives enabling effective debt recovery. * Preparing debt settlements, ensuring accurate calculation of updated amounts for client negotiations. * Organizing and segmenting databases for call and visit management, optimizing portfolio prioritization. * Executing contact campaigns (SMS or other digital channels) and performing bulk database uploads into automated systems to enhance coverage and contactability. * Managing administrative procedures related to operations, ensuring process compliance and timely case closure. * Preparing management indicator reports (by portfolio and by collector), facilitating operational tracking and strategic decision-making. * Supporting consolidation and analysis of operational and judicial information databases, contributing to the definition of management strategies. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing technical or university studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in operations, collections, or administrative support (desirable). * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency (desirable). * Experience using CRM or management systems (desirable). * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and results orientation. **Competencies:** * Information analysis * Organization and planning * Effective communication * Teamwork * Results orientation **We Offer:** * Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits * Training in soft skills and hard skills * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:15 pm Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 \- S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
