Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Back Office Advisor – Processing for our energy campaign in Spain, responsible for reporting, reviewing legal texts, and contract tracking. We are GEATEL TELECOM, a company with over 13 years of experience in the market, providing call center sales services for telecommunications and energy to major global enterprises. We are currently recruiting a Back Office Advisor – Processing for our Spain – Energy campaign, based in San Juan de Lurigancho. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 1 year of experience in Back Office roles. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Spanish campaigns. * Minimum 6 months of experience in Spanish energy campaigns (preferred). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Proactive, dynamic, and persuasive individual with a pleasant voice tone. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:20 p.m. * Days off on Saturdays and Sundays. RESPONSIBILITIES * Preparation of daily reports. * Reading and reviewing legal texts. * Updating statuses in the CRM (internal system). * Tracking contract activation. * Meeting organizational performance targets.
