At **GEATEL TELECOM**, a company with over 13 years of experience in the Call Center industry, specializing in international telecommunications and **energy** services, we are currently seeking a **Back Office** Advisor with experience serving **Spanish-speaking clients**, oriented toward results and process quality. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of experience in **Back Office** (mandatory) * Experience working with **Spanish-speaking clients** * Experience in **energy** campaigns (preferred) * Intermediate-level Excel skills (reports, filters, tables, and databases) * Excellent writing, spelling, and reading comprehension * Analytical ability, organization, and attention to detail * Proactive, responsible profile with goal-oriented mindset * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 4:20 PM (weekends off) **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Preparation, analysis, and submission of daily activity reports * Validation of contracts, customer data, and legal texts * Registration and status updates in CRM (internal system) * Ongoing monitoring of contract activation * Control and verification of processed information quality * Coordination with internal departments to ensure process compliance * Achievement of established KPIs, targets, and deadlines **BENEFITS** * Market-competitive fixed salary \+ performance bonuses * Bi-weekly and timely payments * On-site work in San Juan de Miraflores * Excellent work environment and job stability * Opportunity for growth and career progression within the organization Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
