At **Vaope.com, La Ticketera del Perú**, we are looking for a **Backend Programmer** to develop, integrate, and maintain high-quality software solutions. Your work will be key to making our technology ecosystem with **ERP Odoo** and **Laravel** scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. ☑**Requirements**: * Graduate, Bachelor, or Degree holder in Systems Engineering or related fields. * Advanced-level proficiency in PHP. * Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of Python, with focus on Odoo. * Solid experience with Laravel and its ecosystem (Eloquent, Blade, Queues, etc.). * Knowledge of Odoo architecture, ORM, XML/QWeb views, and module structure. * Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL (essential) and experience with MySQL/MariaDB. * Experience with version control using Git (branches, merges, pull requests, cherry-picking). * Minimum 1 year of experience with Odoo, developing modules, customizing views, and performing platform maintenance. * Availability to work on-site in Surco from Monday to Friday and half-day Saturdays remotely. ☑**Skills**: * Adaptability to new technologies, results-oriented, attention to detail, and teamwork. ☑**Main Responsibilities**: * Analyze, design, program, implement, and maintain the company's software applications. * Customize and develop modules for the ERP Odoo system (Python). * Create and support web applications and APIs using the Laravel framework (PHP). * Ensure integration and communication between Odoo and developed applications. * Optimize business processes through efficient technological solutions. * Provide and maintain the digital tools necessary for the organization's operation and growth. ☑**Benefits**: * Microenterprise regime (15 vacation days + Essalud health insurance) * Positive, dynamic, and collaborative work environment * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
