We are looking for a **Junior Bartender** with energy, commitment, and eagerness to learn the secrets of the bar behind an excellent grill. **I. Main Responsibilities** * **Beverage Preparation:** Preparing classic cocktails, soft drinks, lemonades, and wine/beer service according to restaurant standards. * **Mise en Place:** Preparing ingredients in advance (syrups, dehydrated items, juices, and garnishes) to ensure efficiency during service. * **Stock Control:** Assisting with inventory management of bottles, glassware, and bar supplies. * **Maintenance and Cleaning:** Keeping the bar immaculate and organized, and complying with hygiene protocols (BPM). * **Bar Service:** Providing basic food-and-wine pairing recommendations and direct customer service for guests choosing to dine at the bar. **II. Profile and Requirements** * **Education:** Final-year student or graduate in Bartending, Hospitality, or Gastronomy. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar roles (bar assistant or junior bartender) in restaurants or bars. **Knowledge:** * Mastery of national and international classic cocktail making. * Basic knowledge of wines and spirits (ideal for pairing with meats). * Proficiency in using bar tools (jigger, shaker, mixing glass). **Skills:** * Proactivity and speed in order fulfillment. * Excellent communication skills and service orientation. * Punctuality and organization. **III.
