We are looking for a Bilingual IT Support Specialist **Main Responsibilities:** Administration of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365\. Management of users, groups, and permissions aligned with security policies. **Google Workspace Management:** creation of users, groups, and permissions. Configuration and support for Ubiquiti and Cisco Meraki devices. Maintenance of LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewalls, VPN, routing, and switching. Configuration and maintenance of Windows and Linux workstations. Tier 1–2 technical support\. Resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity incidents. Requirements **✅ Candidate Requirements:** Advanced/fluent English 2\+ years of experience in system or network administration. Solid knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and GPOs. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and Microsoft 365\. Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, routing, firewalls. Experience installing and configuring networking equipment. Ability to work autonomously. Effective communication and service-oriented mindset. Benefits **Position Conditions:** 100% on-site work in Lima. **Schedule:** 12 p.m. – 9:48 p.m. 44 weekly hours on rotating shifts, with 2 rotating days off per schedule.
