Position Summary: We are seeking a billing clerk with experience in issuing documents, accounting knowledge, and proficiency in SAP Business One to manage collections and reporting. Pleasant work environment within a solid company. **DESCRIPTION** · Minimum 2 years of experience as a billing clerk. · Issuance of invoices/delivery notes, credit notes, and debit notes. · Accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Business One system. (Mandatory and exclusive requirement) · Familiarity with contingency documents. · Management, control, and follow-up of collections from credit-based customer portfolios. · Proficiency in portals (Ariba, B2B, Lamosa, Zproc, Coupa, etc.). · Sending invoices to customers via email and portals. · Searching for tax withholdings and deductions in SUNAT and applying them in the SAP system (mandatory). · Updating billing dashboards and reports. · Problem-solving ability. · Intermediate-level Office software skills. · Other duties as assigned by management. **COMPETENCIES** · Proactive individual with strong teamwork capability. · Ability to work under pressure. · Adaptability to change. · Time management skills. · Organized individual. · Verbal fluency and assertiveness. **WE OFFER** · Role-specific induction and training. · Competitive compensation.
