Main Responsibilities * Conduct initial vehicle inspections and document observed damages. * Prepare repair estimates and quotations. * Manage work order creation. * Coordinate with insurance companies for inspections, approvals, and claim follow-up. * Inform customers about repair status and progress. * Coordinate with metal straightening, painting, and warehouse departments to ensure availability of spare parts and materials. * Monitor adherence to delivery deadlines. * Manage additional repairs identified during the repair process and request corresponding approvals. * Verify quality of completed work prior to vehicle delivery. * Handle billing and service-related documentation. * Deliver vehicles, explaining performed repairs. * Address customer complaints and coordinate timely resolutions. * Maintain up-to-date information in workshop management systems. 2\. Requirements 2\.1\. Academic Qualifications * Technical or university degree in Automotive Mechanics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred specialization in customer service or automotive workshop management. 2\.2\. Experience * Minimum 2 years as a Service Advisor, Claims Advisor, or similar roles in body and paint workshops. * Experience in vehicle insurance management (preferred). 2\.3\. Knowledge * Automotive bodywork, metal straightening, and painting processes. * Preparation of estimates and quotations. * Handling of insurance companies and vehicle claims. * Customer service and negotiation techniques. * Microsoft Office and workshop management systems. 3\.
