Key Responsibilities: * Meet monthly new credit disbursement targets according to assigned level (Junior, Senior, or Master). * Strictly monitor monthly renewals as part of delivering excellent service to our customers. * Enforce credit policies in accordance with the methodology applied to the region where services are provided. * Recover loans while ensuring portfolio quality with less than 3\.0 % PAR \>30 days, based on the month-end portfolio report. * Follow up on protocols defined for each credit stage. * Conduct group visits punctually according to payment frequency (weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, or monthly). * Ensure customer retention within VFM by delivering quality service. * Immediately follow up on delinquency starting from day one of arrears, ensuring repayment to the group reference at institutions designated by the company. * Adhere to fraud-related policies and procedures established by the institution for each of its customers. * Fulfill the organization’s mission, vision, core values, and social impact objectives. * Participate in emergency training programs, drills, and activities held in locations affected by adverse events, disasters, emergencies, or incidents.
