Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Cashier to serve customers, handle counter sales, manage collections, and issue payment receipts—ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we are seeking a **Sales Cashier** to join our commercial team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Serve and advise customers at the point of sale, delivering prompt and courteous service. * Conduct counter sales, promoting products and offers. * Process payments (cash, POS, and digital wallets). * Issue payment receipts: sales receipts, invoices, and credit notes. * Perform daily cash counts, closings, and reconciliations. * Record transactions in ERP systems (Skynet or others). * Maintain store order, product display, and inventory control. * Achieve individual and team sales targets. * Support operational coordination at the point of sale. * Handle basic customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * Technical studies in Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields (in progress or completed). * Minimum of **2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service** (cash handling experience is mandatory). * Knowledge of: * Cash handling, POS systems, and payment methods * Billing and payment documentation * Basic/Intermediate Excel * ERP systems (desirable) * Availability to work onsite in Tarapoto * Ability to work under pressure and focus on results. **We Offer** * Formal employment registration from day one * Market-competitive salary * Job stability * Positive work environment * Growth opportunities within the group **Join METAL SELVA and advance your professional development with us!** Application Question(s): * Please provide your phone number so we can contact you Work Location: Onsite Employment
