




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide customer service and guidance, record information, resolve inquiries, and ensure high-quality service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Multichannel customer service and guidance 2. Resolution of inquiries, complaints, and requests 3. Case tracking and interdepartmental coordination **Requirements:** Completed secondary education or ongoing/completed technical/university studies. Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, call centers, or similar roles. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer orientation, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills. Availability to work on-site. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer service and guidance via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels. Record and update customer information in company systems. Resolve inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely and high-quality service. Track assigned cases and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution. Meet company-established service metrics and protocols.
