Job Summary: We are seeking a Lead Manager with experience in call centers and telemarketing to manage leads, qualify them, and schedule interviews for managers in the real estate sector. You won’t need to prospect clients on the street — we provide you daily with a database of **leads** (genuine prospects), and your mission is to contact them, qualify them, and schedule interviews. **YOUR MISSION:** * **High-Volume Management:** Rapidly contact leads arriving via social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) — including calls and messages. * **Commercial Qualification:** Identify over the phone whether the prospect meets the established criteria. * **Scheduling:** Fill the manager’s calendar with effective interviews. * **Database Management:** Maintain an organized CRM system and conduct follow-ups via WhatsApp Business. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** * **Age:** Between **24 and 35 years old**. We seek energy and focus. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in **telemarketing, call centers, outbound/collections**, or intangible sales. * **Tools:** Quick proficiency in WhatsApp Web, Excel (Intermediate), and experience using any CRM. * **Competencies:** Excellent diction, customer service skills, agility in task management and organization. * **Availability:** Immediate availability for full-time work at our offices in La Castellana \- Surco. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **WE OFFER:** * **Fixed Salary of S/.1,200 \+ Uncapped Commission Scheme:** * Corporate mobile phone and management tools provided by the company. * Ongoing training and career progression opportunities within the office. * Excellent working environment. **Are you up for the challenge?** Send us your CV now!!!
