The position focuses on supporting commercial automation and digital management processes. Required Profile: * Basic knowledge of chatbots and WhatsApp Business. * Initial proficiency in social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook and/or TikTok. * Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and automation. * Familiarity with digital content creation. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in configuring commercial chatbots. * Assist in managing institutional social media accounts. * Perform basic follow-up on digital inquiries and leads. * Conduct tests and adjustments of customer service workflows. * Work modality: remote or hybrid. * Engagement via service contract or professional internship. * Practical learning and opportunity for continuation are provided.
