Key responsibilities in urban cartographic editing A prominent Real Estate Management company is seeking **"Cartographic Editing Technicians**" to apply for the **COFOPRI** project. **Requirements**: * Minimum six (06\) months of experience in urban cartographic editing, urban base graphic editing, or urban cadastral map editing—or related fields—counted from graduation. * Personal portable computer (laptop) for performing assigned tasks. (MANDATORY) * Certified training courses in CAD and GIS (MANDATORY) * Availability to work on-site in Cercado de Lima under honorarium contract **Responsibilities**: * Identify and correct geographic information inconsistencies—including duplications, invalid geometries, and other graphical errors—applying topological rules, internal technical standards, and compatibility criteria between the cadastral map issued by the Lima Cadastre Institute (ICL) and the simplified vector map. * Perform cartographic editing in accordance with the specifications of the simplified vector map for UE003, adhering to established criteria regarding table structure, font type, georeferencing, nomenclature, and polygon classification. * Conduct detailed editing of the base graphic at the level of cadastral block, cadastral lot, building, and constructions, ensuring geometric and semantic data integrity through functional coordination with the Surveying Team and Quality Control Team, via the Field Coordinator. * Apply topological validation processes using GIS tools to identify and resolve graphical inconsistencies (e.g., overlaps, omissions, discontinuities, among others). * Prepare technical reports documenting implemented changes, specifying modifications made to the base graphic—including adjustment type, location, and technical justification. **Offered**: * Growth opportunity * Attractive remuneration of S/3,000\.00 * Positive work environment **If your profile matches the requirements, apply now!** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Application question(s): * Are you available to start immediately? * Are you available to work on-site in Cercado de Lima using your own laptop for COFOPRI? * Do you hold a certified course in CAD or GIS? * Do you have experience performing cartographic work?
