University graduate in Engineering or related field. Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems. Experience in personnel management. Experience in budgeting. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Availability to work on-site during office hours in the district of San Isidro. Strong verbal communication skills.
