Job Summary: We are seeking cleaning operators to perform maintenance and cleaning tasks in various areas of a building and its surroundings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cleaning of common areas and building exteriors 2. Maintenance of various areas such as elevators and hallways 3. Gardening activities and general support Two (2) Cleaning Operators are required to work in the district of Pueblo Libre, on a schedule of 8 hours per day from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off. The duties include: · Lobby cleaning (main entrance, building exteriors). · Elevator cleaning. · Hallway cleaning on each floor. · Storage area cleaning. · Emergency staircase cleaning. · Common area cleaning (barbecue areas, swimming pool, bar room). · Watering plants and other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Monthly payment, under service fee receipt arrangement.** Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,300\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
