We are **MASTERPROIN**, a metalworking company, currently seeking a talented and experienced **CNC Machining Center Programmer and Operator** to join our full-time team. If you are passionate about precision, innovation, and teamwork, this is your opportunity for professional growth! What Will You Do With Us? As part of our team, your main responsibilities will be: * **Program using CAD/CAM software**, such as **MASTERCAM, CAM WORK, and SOLIDWORKS**, directly on the CNC machining center. * **Verify CNC parameters and programs**, perform simulations, and communicate with the operator to initiate work. * **Machine parts with high precision**, following engineering drawings and strictly meeting customer requirements. * **Fabricate fixtures** when necessary to optimize work processes. * **Report any machine malfunction or failure** to ensure timely maintenance. * Properly use assigned **measuring instruments and tools**. * **Request necessary resources** from your Plant Manager or Supervisor to execute tasks, preparing and conditioning materials to required quality and scheduled timelines. * **Operate the machine or equipment assigned to you properly**, requesting necessary tools from the warehouse. * **Inspect surface finish and dimensional accuracy** of machined parts during and at the end of each process. * Maintain **effective communication** with your immediate supervisor. * **Generate daily production reports** and **report non-conforming products**. What Do You Need to Apply? * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in the **metalworking industry** (mandatory!). * Advanced proficiency in CAM programming software.
