Availability to work **rotating shifts** in San Isidro (and possible support at locations in Miraflores, San Borja, and Surco). Preparing dishes correctly according to standardized recipes. 2. Preparing dressings and ingredients, among other production tasks. 3. Assisting with order receipt while ensuring proper rotation and correct storage. 4. Executing Mise & Place for the area, monitoring and ensuring product quality and established standards. 5. Immediately informing the kitchen manager if products are missing or need to be discarded. 6. Cleaning and organizing the area before, during, and after service. 7. Maintaining the kitchen, equipment, and utensils in good condition through appropriate cleaning. 8. Collaborating in preserving raw materials and finished products according to established standards. 9. Understanding and correctly completing required forms and production records.
