At Flor que Latte SAC, we are looking for an experienced cook! **Your main responsibilities include:** ✔ Inventory management: Check ingredient stock levels and place orders with suppliers. ✔ Keep the bar area clean. ✔ Prepare Mise en Place (sauces, oils, creams, vegetables, etc.) to ensure smooth daily operations. ✔ Review recipes and preparation instructions for each dish before cooking. ✔ Wash and disinfect fruits and vegetables. ✔ Prepare food (assembling savory and sweet items) according to standardized recipes. ✔ Assist in collecting tableware from tables and ensuring it is cleaned. ✔ Receive and inspect incoming goods for quality and condition. ✔ Clean (disinfect) the work area before and after each shift, or as needed. ✔ Properly package and cover sauces and Mise en Place according to optimal storage requirements. ✔ Label all prepared items. ✔ Punctuality and adherence to the direct supervisor’s schedule and instructions, as applicable. Requirements: Minimum education: Completed Higher Technical Degree Field of study: Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related disciplines (preferred) Minimum 1–2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in restaurants and cafés.
