We are a coastal Peruvian restaurant located in Callao, seeking a junior chef with experience in traditional Peruvian dishes, problem-solving skills, creativity, and eagerness to continue growing in this gastronomic field. Responsibilities: **Your responsibilities will include:** 1\. Preparation of 40 daily menus 2\. Preparation of seasonings, ingredients, mise en place, and any other tasks assigned by the supervisor 3\. Assistance in order reception, ensuring proper rotation and correct storage. 4\. Execution of mise en place for the area, controlling and ensuring product quality and established standards. 5\. Immediate communication to the head chef regarding missing or discard-required items. 6\. Cleaning and organizing the work area before, during, and after service. 7\. Maintaining the kitchen, equipment, and utensils in good condition through appropriate cleaning. 8\.
