




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage preventive and administrative collections, track and reconcile payments, and prepare collection reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end collection management and portfolio tracking 2. Report preparation and information verification 3. Communication and notification to customers and internal departments Requirements: * Technical or university education in Administration, Statistics, Economics, Accounting, or related fields * Intermediate Excel proficiency. Mandatory. * Availability to work in MOYOBAMBA Responsibilities: * Execute preventive collections. * Track and reconcile payments for the assigned portfolio. * Communicate and notify relevant departments involved in collections regarding payments. * Make calls to delinquent customers based on days overdue, coordinated with supervisor. * Prepare and update spreadsheets, pre-settlements, and collection tracking reports. * Verify information entered into internal systems and payment channels. * Conduct administrative collections by contacting customers via phone calls, letters, and emails. * Review delinquent customers, generate data on unapplied collections, and upload such data to shared files. * Support other company activities and perform additional duties assigned by supervisor inherent to the position.
