Core is currently seeking a Collections Call Center agent for its Miraflores office. **Department Objective** Maximize recovery of outstanding capital through telephone outreach strategies, negotiation, and follow-up, while complying with legal, ethical, and customer protection regulations. **Typical Responsibilities** * Contact delinquent customers via phone calls and digital channels * Identify reasons for delays and propose alternative payment options * Negotiate payment commitments and conduct follow-ups * Record all interactions in the system * Adhere to collection policies and legal regulations * Maintain recovery and quality performance indicators **Collections Advisor Profile** * Completed secondary education. * Prior experience in telephone collections preferred. * Communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. * Frustration tolerance and results orientation. * Basic proficiency in call center systems and tools. **Benefits** * Full payroll from day one * Birthday leave * Salary: S/.1,200.00 + commissions * Daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and quarterly bonuses and incentives * Location: Miraflores * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 – S/.1,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * Please provide your contact number. * Are you available to work in person at Miraflores? * Do you have experience in collections or customer service?
