Job Summary: This position involves comprehensive vehicle rental management, from customer service to logistical coordination and database maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Vehicle rental management and multichannel customer service 2. Preparation of quotations and maintenance of databases 3. Coordination of vehicle deliveries/returns and promotion of the customer portfolio **Requirements:** * Completed technical studies in administration or accounting. * Age between 20 and 30 years. * Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial roles. * Intermediate-level Excel skills (pivot tables, databases, etc.). * **BASIC TO ADVANCED ENGLISH PROFICIENCY IS MANDATORY.** * Strong communication skills at all levels. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle vehicle rentals via phone, email, and in-person at the office, informing customers of rental terms according to company policies and procedures. * Prepare formal quotations using Canva, internal systems, or quick quotations via WhatsApp. * Verify vehicle availability—both company-owned and third-party—and contact relevant parties; report vehicle malfunctions for repair to ensure customers receive vehicles in good condition. * Complete rental contracts in the company’s system with full customer details and agreed terms. * Coordinate necessary arrangements for delivery and/or return of rented vehicles. * Maintain up-to-date customer and third-party vehicle owner databases in the company’s system. * Conduct telephone calls and send promotional emails (email marketing) to retain and expand the customer portfolio. **We Offer:** * **Monthly Salary: S/. 2,000.00 PEN (Microenterprise Payroll),** including all statutory benefits (commissions based on commercial structure). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Work location: Surco — 100% On-site Salary: S/.2,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
