




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical leader with strong coordination capabilities to manage and ensure the commissioning of a major solar project. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise testing at photovoltaic power plants and substations. **The Challenge:** We seek a technical leader with strong coordination skills to lead and manage the commissioning of one of the most significant solar projects. You will be responsible for managing tests, reviewing engineering documentation, and ensuring the project meets the highest quality standards. **Profile Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields (professional registration preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years supervising and managing commissioning activities at photovoltaic power plants, substations (MV/HV), inverters, trackers, and SCADA systems. * **Knowledge:** Specialization in commissioning, electrical protection, project control, and HSEQ management. Technical English (reading proficiency). * **Driver's License:** Valid Class AI driver's license is mandatory (you will be required to drive a pickup truck on-site). **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead commissioning activities and administer the Commissioning Manual. * Review test procedures (QCP), permits, and plan energization and lockout/tagout (LOTO) activities. * Supervise tests conducted by contractors (trackers, inverters, substations, Performance Ratio) and issue reports or manage non-conformities.
