We are looking for an organized, proactive, and results-oriented Community Manager to join our team. Responsibilities \* Plan and manage weekly and monthly content calendars. \* Define and coordinate posts for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. \* Manage social media automation and quick replies. \* Execute, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. \* Coordinate with the content team (photography, video, and design). \* Organize photo shoots and video recordings according to weekly requirements. \* Publish content and monitor its performance. \* Keep calendars, reports, and performance metrics up to date. Requirements \* Completed studies in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. \* Prior experience managing social media and digital campaigns. \* Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (mandatory). \* Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator for simple adjustments. \* Organized, methodical profile with strong goal-orientation. \* Ability to coordinate across different departments and professional profiles. Conditions \* Work modality: On-site. \* Location: San Borja. \* Working hours: \* Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. \* Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. \* Employment type: Independent contractor (honorarium receipt). \* Excellent work environment in a young and continuously growing company.
